Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Explain company products/services (Solar systems, EPC solutions, etc.)
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/data sheets
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers for site visits and closures

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English required)
• Experience in telecalling / sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in solar / electrical / B2B and B2C sales
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations
• Strong follow-up skills
