Job Description

पद का नाम: फैक्ट्री हेल्पर (Factory Helper)📍

स्थान: Bhiwadi

विभाग: उत्पादन / मैन्युफैक्चरिंग

🔹 जॉब का उद्देश्य:

फैक्ट्री के दैनिक कार्यों में सहायता करना, मशीन ऑपरेशन में सपोर्ट देना, और उत्पादन प्रक्रिया को सुचारू रूप से चलाने में योगदान देना।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):


उत्पादन कार्य में ऑपरेटर और सुपरवाइजर की सहायता करना

  • कच्चे माल (Raw Material) को लोड/अनलोड करना
  • तैयार माल (Finished Goods) को पैक करना और स्टोर में रखना
  • मशीनों की सफाई और बेसिक मेंटेनेंस में मदद करना
  • कार्यस्थल को साफ और सुरक्षित बनाए रखना
  • कंपनी के सभी सुरक्षा नियमों (Safety Guidelines) का पालन करना
  • समय पर काम पूरा करना और टीम के साथ सहयोग करना
  • 🔹 योग्यता (Qualification):न्यूनतम 8वीं / 10वीं पास
  • फ्रेशर और अनुभवी दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं
  • 🔹 आवश्यक कौशल (Skills Required):शारीरिक रूप से फिट होना
  • मेहनती और जिम्मेदार होना
  • टीम में काम करने की क्षमता
  • निर्देशों का सही तरीके से पालन करना
  • 🔹 कार्य समय (Working Hours):8-10 घंटे (शिफ्ट के अनुसार)
  • ओवरटाइम उपलब्ध
  • 🔹 वेतन (Salary):₹22,000 – ₹25,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव के अनुसार)
  • ओवरटाइम + इंसेंटिव
