Job Description
Job Title: General Manager – Operations (GM - Operations)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience Required: 12 to 18 Years
Industry Preference: Automobile / Auto-Ancillary, Packaging, Converting, or High-Volume Export Manufacturing
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Overall plant administration, production planning (PPC), maintenance, supply chain, and dispatch across manufacturing units.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and TPM to build a 100% process-driven, system-oriented plant.
Ensure 100% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) dispatches for major global buyers (IKEA, Walmart, Target, etc.).
Streamline shop-floor operations, optimize raw material usage, and significantly reduce operational wastage.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Automobile) OR MBA in Operations.
Strong background in system-driven manufacturing (Automobile background highly preferred).
Exceptional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and large-scale operational management skills.
