Job Description

The Labour Supervisor will manage and supervise labour for daily production, packing, and material movement in the tile adhesive plant. He will ensure discipline, safety compliance, and smooth workflow on the shop floor. He will coordinate with the Plant/Production team for manpower allocation and timely completion of targets. He will also monitor loading, unloading, housekeeping, and proper handling of raw materials.
