🏭 रोज़ाना के काम और शेड्यूलिंग: ग्राहकों की मांग और प्रोडक्शन के लक्ष्यों को पूरा करने के लिए रोज़ाना और हफ़्ते के प्रोडक्शन शेड्यूल बनाना। रिसोर्स का बंटवारा: काम सौंपना, वर्कफ़्लो को मैनेज करना और यह पक्का करना कि कच्चा माल और उपकरण पूरी तरह तैयार हों। रिपोर्टिंग: परफ़ॉर्मेंस रिपोर्ट बनाने के लिए प्रोडक्शन डेटा पर नज़र रखना और मैनेजमेंट को अपडेट देना।


🛡️ सुरक्षा और नियमों का पालन: सुरक्षा लागू करना: काम की जगह पर सुरक्षा के कड़े नियमों (जैसे OSHA नियम) को लागू करना, सुरक्षा ट्रेनिंग देना और खतरों की नियमित जांच करना। नियमों का पालन: यह पक्का करना कि सभी बने हुए प्रोडक्ट और प्रोसेस इंडस्ट्री के नियमों और कंपनी के स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसीजर (SOPs) के मुताबिक हों। 🤝 टीम लीडरशिप और ट्रेनिंग: स्टाफ़ मैनेजमेंट: प्रोडक्शन लाइन के वर्करों की देखरेख, उन्हें गाइड और ट्रेन करना। परफ़ॉर्मेंस: कर्मचारियों की परफ़ॉर्मेंस का आकलन करना, रोज़ाना टीम ब्रीफ़िंग करना और स्टाफ़ से जुड़ी किसी भी समस्या या विवाद को सुलझाना।


ऑनबोर्डिंग: नए कर्मचारियों को उपकरण चलाने, सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल और कंपनी के तरीकों के बारे में ट्रेनिंग देना। 🛠️ क्वालिटी कंट्रोल और मेंटेनेंस: क्वालिटी एश्योरेंस: तय स्पेसिफ़िकेशन के आधार पर प्रोडक्शन आउटपुट की जांच करना और खराबी आने पर तुरंत सुधार के कदम उठाना। उपकरण का मेंटेनेंस: मशीनरी की परफ़ॉर्मेंस पर नज़र रखना, काम में आने वाली रुकावटों को ठीक करना और मरम्मत के लिए मेंटेनेंस टीम के साथ तालमेल बिठाना।
