Job Title: Payment Follow-Up Accounts Executive

Job Summary- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payment Follow-Up Accounts Executive to manage customer payment collections, account reconciliations, and follow-up activities. The candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of accounting processes, and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely payment recovery.

• Key Responsibilities-Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of receivables and payment status.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and reconciliation.
• Prepare aging reports and outstanding payment summaries.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries related to payments.
• Ensure timely collection of dues and achieve collection targets.
• Update ERP/accounting software with payment details and follow-up notes.

Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in payment follow-up, accounts receivable, or collection management.
• Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, ERP systems, or accounting software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
• Good understanding of invoicing and reconciliation processes.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience in handling B2B collections.

• Familiarity with GST invoicing and accounting procedures.
