**Job Title: Team Leader – Quick Commerce Delivery Operations (Amazon Now / Tez)**
**Job Description:**
We are hiring a **Team Leader** for Quick Commerce Delivery Operations.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in quick commerce or delivery operations.
* Strong **rider network** and good local **area knowledge**.
* Experience in quick delivery platforms such as **Blinkit, Zepto**, or similar quick commerce companies.
* Ability to take **quick and effective decisions** in operational situations.
* Good knowledge of **Excel and email communication**.
* Strong team handling and operational management skills.
* Candidate should be able to manage rider performance and daily delivery operations efficiently.
**Preferred Experience:**
* Experience in quick commerce delivery operations (Amazon Now / Tez or similar platforms).
**Salary Range:**
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
