Job Description
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at Airtel is a frontline role responsible for driving local store operations, managing customer queries, resolving billing/service complaints, and cross-selling Airtel products like postpaid plans, DTH, and broadband.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Resolving on-ground consumer complaints, managing plan upgrades, and facilitating SIM swaps or port-ins.
- Sales & Upselling: Generating leads and converting store walk-ins to purchase Airtel Black, Xstream Fiber, or prepaid recharge packages.
- Store Operations: Maintaining daily cash drops, inventory tracking, and managing the physical retail space.
- Retention: Interacting with existing subscribers to minimize churn and promote loyalty programs.
