Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart Customer Support & Operations Executive for our Sofa/Furniture business. You will handle customer complaints regarding product damage, delivery, repairing, while updating and managing our internal software platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers professionally over call/chat to resolve product complaints.
  • Manage and update our order tracking and complaints daily.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners and update shipment statuses in the system.
  • Check customer photos of damaged furniture and process repair or replacement orders.
  • Should be multitasking.
