Job Title

Injection Moulding Machine Operator (Plastic Industry)


Location

Bhiwandi (Industrial Area)


Job Description Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection moulding machines (80T–200T or as applicable)
  • Perform mold loading/unloading and basic setting support
  • Monitor production cycle time, rejection, and quality
  • Handle raw material loading, drying, and colour mixing
  • Ensure proper part finishing, trimming, and packing
  • Identify basic machine faults and inform supervisor
  • Maintain daily production records and machine logs
  • Follow safety and housekeeping standards

Preferred Experience:

  • 2–5 years in plastic injection moulding
  • Experience with toy / FMCG / consumer plastic products preferred
  • Familiarity with hydraulic & basic electrical issues is a plus

Skills Required:

  • Machine handling
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Production discipline
  • Ability to work in shifts
