Job Description

Job Description – Packing Operator (Pharmaceutical Industry)

Position: Packing Operator

Department: Packing

Location: Manufacturing Plant

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: ITI / HSC / Diploma / Any Graduate

  • Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor packing machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform primary and secondary packaging activities.
  • Ensure correct packing, labeling, coding, and batch details on products.
  • Carry out line clearance activities before and after batch completion.
  • Maintain packing records and documentation accurately.
  • Follow GMP, safety, and quality guidelines during operations.
  • Report machine breakdowns, deviations, or quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the packing area.
  • Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance activities.


  • eferred Candidate Profile:Freshers or candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
