Job Description

  • Inventory & Stock ManagementMaintain accurate daily records of stock inward and outward.
  • Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system stock daily.
  • Conduct monthly stock audits.
  • Report damages, shortages, or excess stock on time.
  • Vendor & Purchase CoordinationVerify raw material inward (paper jumbo rolls, foil, cling film).
  • Conduct quality checks as per company standards (with Factory Manager).
  • Alert the Purchase team about shortages at least 10 days in advance.
  • Dispatch & Logistics CoordinationCheck packing quality before material dispatch.
  • Supervise vehicle loading.
  • Verify LR, invoice, and e-way bill documents.
