Job Description
Manage the back-office logistics team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with the Sales team for sales forecasting and inventory planning.
Coordinate with warehouses and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners for storage and timely dispatch of goods.
Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and vendors for smooth movement of goods.
Source and procure packing materials such as cartons, labels, tapes, and other packaging supplies.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), and customs authorities for import shipments.
Ensure all shipment documents are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
Track shipments and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
Resolve logistics and shipment-related issues promptly.
Maintain proper records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
Prepare regular reports on inventory, logistics, and shipment status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and import regulations.
