Merchandiser

Job Description:

· Looking for a Merchandiser. He/she should have good experience 5 to 10 Years in Readymade Garments or Men, Women, Kid's, Nitts & Woven Products. He/she has to handle the team and coordinate with suppliers on a day to day basis. Get sampling and product development by interacting with the design team.

· Managing Fabric and Trims.

· Review all product costing and pricing. FOLLOW UP on new developments. Regular Updating Of Production Space. Lead the Merchandising team.

· Understand and manage style consumption

· Get sampling and product development by interacting with design team. Review and monitor all order execution details. Participating in the Selection Process of the team.

· Develop and ensure compliance to budget for all merchandising process. Supervise and ensure effectiveness of all merchant activities. Prepare training and job orientation programs for all new merchants.

· Responsible after order placement to ensure that garments are shipment-ready in time and required quality.

· Manage order follow-up after order placement, incl. pre-production and production management

· Prepare and conduct Commitment Review Meeting, also to plan support for placed orders (order handover meeting initiated by Local Sourcing)

· Initiate measures which help to achieve quality and delivery objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above;
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the industry.
• Deep understanding of the industry.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
