- Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell Fibe’s financial products including short-term loans, medical loans, education loans, and insurance policy loans
- Educate customers about loan features, eligibility, EMI options, and documentation process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salaried professionals, clinics, hospitals, educational institutions, and channel partners
- Conduct field visits, lead follow-ups, and close sales targets within defined timelines
- Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
