Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits, calls,

emails, and networking

• Understand project requirements and introduce BM EPC’s

capabilities and solutions

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender documents

• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations

• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information

and activity logs

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with business goals

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

• Represent BM EPC in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences

• Provide market feedback to internal teams on customer needs,

competitive activities, and industry trends

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

• 8- 10 years of sales experience, preferably in EPC, pharma, or

healthcare- related industries

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented

• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and project visits

• Proficiency in MS Office tools; CRM knowledge is a plus

• Must possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler or four-wheeler
