Relationship Manager

Responsibilities of Relationship ManagerCommunicate with clients professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Take regular feedback from clients regarding services and overall experience
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of client work
• Follow up with clients for pending documents, payments, and approvals
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing clients
• Handle client queries and provide proper updates regarding work status
• Maintain records of client communication and follow-up activities
• Ensure smooth coordination for Income Tax, GST, Audit, ROC, and other compliance services
• Escalate urgent or important client matters to management on time
• Support the office in improving client satisfaction and service quality

Specific RequirementsExcellent communication skills in both Hindi and English

• Confident and professional speaking skills over phone calls
• Good personality, patience, and polite behavior
• Strong follow-up and team coordination abilities
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp
• Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure
• Smart, disciplined, and responsible attitude
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in customer service, telecalling, banking, insurance, or CA office environment
