Job Description
* Generate leads for home loans through field sales activities and references
* Meet customers, explain home loan products, and assist in loan processing
* Build relationships with builders, brokers, and channel partners
* Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the bank
* Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications
* Follow up with customers till loan disbursement
* Maintain regular market visits and customer meetings
* Ensure good customer service and timely coordination with internal teams
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking Sales
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Comfortable with field sales and traveling
* Graduation preferred
* Target-oriented candidate preferred
