Job Description

Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

Collect quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.

Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).

Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, and supplier details.

Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
