Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities-
  • Installation and commissioning of agricultural machines and equipment at client sites
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in the field and provide effective resolutions
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule
  • Provide on-site customer training on machinery operations and basic troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with the sales and product team to provide customer feedback and insights
  • Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups
  • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
