Job Description

  • Residential (Domestic) Solar SalesDrive sales of rooftop solar systems for homes and housing societies
  • Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and installers
  • Lead local marketing activities, referrals, and lead conversion
  • Guide customers on system sizing, subsidies/net-metering, and ROI
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly volume and revenue targets
  • Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar SalesIdentify and close EPC opportunities for factories, warehouses, offices, hospitals, and institutions
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including site visits, feasibility studies, and techno-commercial proposals
  • Handle negotiations, contract finalization, and client coordination
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate proposals
  • Marketing & Lead GenerationPlan and execute digital marketing, local campaigns, and outreach programs
  • Support branding activities such as brochures, case studies, and presentations
  • Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events
  • Track and improve lead-to-conversion ratios
  • Team & CoordinationLead and mentor sales executives and channel partners
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution
  • Reporting & StrategyMaintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing

Support management in defining growth strategies for domestic and C&I segments
