Job Description

Job Title: Sales Exexcutive

Location: Delhi , India

Experience: 2-5 Years

Mode: Fulltime(onsite)


Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional responsible for managing existing

client relationships, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and supporting inside sales. This role

involves regular client communication, coordination with internal teams, and converting

company-generated leads into successful closures. The ideal candidate should have strong

communication skills, attention to detail, and a relationship-driven approach.


Roles & Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients to ensure seamless service

delivery

● Conduct regular PR and follow-up calls for:

○ Service confirmation and campaign execution updates

○ Client satisfaction tracking and feedback collection

○ Query handling and timely issue resolution

● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

● Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, creative) to ensure smooth

execution of campaigns

● Handle inside sales (no targets; performance-based incentives applicable)

● Close sales leads provided by the company in a timely and professional manner

● Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and required documentation with clients

● Maintain accurate lead trackers, follow-up records, and MIS reports

● Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of all client interactions


Preferred Skills & Requirements

● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, PR, Inside Sales, Business

Development, or Account Management

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Confident in handling client calls, follow-ups, and relationship management

● Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate effectively with internal teams

● Good understanding of service delivery and campaign execution processes

● Basic sales acumen with the ability to close company-provided leads

● Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations

(PowerPoint/PPT)

● Strong PPT creation and presentation skills (ability to design structured, professional

decks)

● Comfortable maintaining lead trackers, follow-up sheets, and MIS reports

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Sheets

● Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills

● Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities

● Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
