Position: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)
Company: GrowMax India Realtors
Location: Greater Noida West
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with prior experience in the real estate industry.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate is mandatory
- Only real estate industry experience will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling on provided leads/data
- Converting leads into site visits
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable properties
- Regular follow-ups with clients and lead nurturing
- Coordinating with the sales team for deal closures
- Updating all activities and follow-ups in CRM
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing ability, and a result-oriented approach.
