Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable branded watches
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and brand value
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays
  • Keep up-to-date with new collections, trends, and brand knowledge
  • Manage inventory and report stock requirements
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
  • Proven experience in retail sales (luxury or watch Sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and grooming standards
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Sales-driven with a positive attitude
