Job Title: Telecaller cum Computer Operator (FMCG Sales & Office Support)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Telecaller cum Computer Operator who can manage FMCG sales coordination, customer follow-ups, payment reminders, and office documentation. The candidate should be proficient in communication, MS Office, and data handling, along with strong Hindi & English typing skills.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Telecalling & Sales Support

• Make outbound calls to customers for FMCG product promotion and sales
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain
• daily call records and follow-up schedules
• Generate and track sales leads

💰 Payment Follow-up

• Call customers for payment reminders and collections
• Maintain payment tracking reports
• Coordinate with the accounts team for outstanding dues

📧 Communication & Drafting

• Draft professional emails, letters, and quotations
• Handle client communication via email and phone
• Prepare official documents as required

🗂️ Data Entry & MIS

• Maintain customer database and sales records
• Perform accurate data entry and reporting
• Update CRM/Excel sheets regularly

📅 HR & Coordination Work

• Call candidates for interviews and schedule appointments
• Manage appointment confirmations and reminders
• Assist in basic HR coordination tasks

💻 Computer Operations

• Work efficiently on MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Handle documentation, file management, and reports
• Perform Hindi & English typing tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling / backend / FMCG support (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Good typing speed in both languages
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
• Basic knowledge of FMCG sales process
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Salary Range

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
