Job Description

Telesales Executive


Job Responsibility:


  • make outbond and handle inbound calls to customer for personal loan products
  • Explain loan details such a interest rates, emi, tenure and processing fees.
  • Understand customer requirements and check loan eligibilty.
  • Generate leads and close personal loan sales
  • Collect and verify required documents.
  • Follow up with customers to complete the loan process.


Required Skills:


  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products
  • Customer handling and objection-solving skills
  • Target-oriented mindset


Qualification:


  • Minimum 12th pass/Graduate

Experience:


  • Fresher or 0-2 year of experience
