Telesales Executive
Job Responsibility:
- make outbond and handle inbound calls to customer for personal loan products
- Explain loan details such a interest rates, emi, tenure and processing fees.
- Understand customer requirements and check loan eligibilty.
- Generate leads and close personal loan sales
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Follow up with customers to complete the loan process.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products
- Customer handling and objection-solving skills
- Target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass/Graduate
Experience:
- Fresher or 0-2 year of experience
