Account Manager

Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, cash book, bank book, and ledger entries.

Prepare and verify purchase bills, subcontractor bills, vendor invoices, and payment processing.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Maintain project-wise accounting and cost tracking for all construction sites.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and budget utilization reports.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and site imprest accounts regularly.

Process employee salary, reimbursement, advances, and statutory deductions.

Maintain records related to GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, professional tax, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare data for GST returns, TDS returns, and assist during audits.

Coordinate with project managers, purchase department, HR, and vendors regarding billing and payments.

Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and payment schedules for ongoing projects.

Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and inventory registers.

Verify work orders, purchase orders, agreements, and contractor bills before payment release.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records and site expenses.

Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control measures.

Support internal and external auditors by providing required financial documents and reports.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

Maintain confidentiality of financial and company-related information.

Use accounting software such as Tally, ERP, Excel, or project accounting systems efficiently.

Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by management.
