Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Accountant (Female) to join our organization.
Job Location: Bhopal
Job Type: Work From Office
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depends on interview performance & experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Handling HR and accounting-related activities
Payroll processing and attendance management
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Managing basic accounting work, bills, vouchers, and entries
Reading and understanding tender documents
Preparing and handling tender/bid documents
Online tender filing and document uploading
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & Accounting
Experience in handling tender documents
Knowledge of GeM Portal and MP Government Tenders
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferred)
Interview Mode: Face-to-face
Joining: Immediate / As per discussion
