Job Description
We are looking for a Multi-tasking Office Staff who can manage Calling & Office work efficiently. The candidate should be capable of handling customer queries, performing online government services, and supporting day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- :Handling telecalling to communicate with customers and provide service-related information.
- Managing Emails including document uploads, form submissions, and bill payments.
- Assisting customers Over the calss
- Performing basic data entry and maintaining service records.
- Supporting additional office tasks like filing, photocopying, and basic coordination.
- Providing polite and timely customer service over phone and in-person.
Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on MP Online portal.
- Good communication skills for telecalling.
- Should be polite, honest, and responsible.
- NO Experience , freshers can also apply.
🔸 Work Timings: [Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM]
🔸 Salary: ₹7,000 per month
🔸 We will train you for the job even if you are not experienced
