About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated college freshers / recent graduates for the role of Business Development Associate. This is a field-based sales role in the FMCG segment, offering great learning and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing customers (retailers / kirana stores) in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and ensure regular order generation
- Drive sales growth by increasing product penetration
- Ensure timely reporting and market feedback
Salary & Benefits:
