Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Indore for Vector Skill Academy. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, and counseling them on suitable training programs offered by the academy.

The role involves calling leads, engaging with candidates, explaining available technologies and courses, and guiding them on how these programs can help in building a successful career. You will play a key role in driving enrollments and building long-term relationships with candidates.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective students and leads
• Counsel candidates about career paths and suitable training programs
• Explain academy offerings and technologies such as Java, Python, ReactJS, .Net, QA, and more
• Convince and guide candidates on how our programs can help them achieve career goals
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Build strong rapport with candidates and ensure a positive experience
• Achieve enrollment and conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Passion for sales, counseling, and career guidance
• Ability to engage confidently over calls and in person
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in counseling, sales, or business development is a plus
