📍 Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Café Leader to oversee daily café operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations smoothly.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities

🏪 Operations Management

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the café
• Ensure food and beverage service meets quality standards
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance

👥 Team Management

• Lead and coordinate café staff (kitchen, service, and housekeeping)
• Train and guide staff for service standards and productivity
• Assign daily duties and manage shift schedules
• Motivate team to maintain a positive work environment

🍽️ Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer experience and quick service
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain customer satisfaction and feedback management

📦 Inventory & Reporting

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase/store team
• Ensure proper usage of ingredients and minimize wastage
• Track daily sales, reports, and operational performance

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer handling abilities
• Basic knowledge of inventory and billing systems
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
