Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care ExecutiveLocation: Bhopal (Minal Mall / IT Park)
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Care Executive with good communication skills and a customer-first approach. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers for issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in English (B2 level) and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations politely and confidently
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Work DetailsWork Location: Minal Mall / IT Park, Bhopal
