Magnum Group is hiring Chat Support Executives to join our growing team in Bhopal.
If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Good written communication skills (English required)

Salary & Benefits:
- Fresher: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000
- Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000
- Night shift allowance
- Salary hike after 6 months & 1 year
