Job Title: Field Executive – Driver Acquisition (Uber)

Location: Bhopal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive responsible for onboarding new drivers for the Uber platform. This is a target-driven role that requires fieldwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to convince and convert potential driver partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential drivers in assigned areas (auto stands, taxi stands, marketplaces, etc.)

• Educate drivers about the benefits of joining Uber

• Assist drivers with the onboarding process and documentation

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly driver acquisition targets are achieved

• Conduct field visits and generate leads through offline activities

• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Resolve basic queries of drivers regarding earnings, incentives, and app usage

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within the city

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

• Prior experience in sales, fieldwork, or driver onboarding is a plus

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

• Number of drivers onboarded per day/week/month

• Lead conversion ratio

• Quality of onboarding (active drivers after joining)
