Job Description
Role: Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Associate – Elevator Sales
Company: Fluxus Elevators Private Limited
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Industry Preference: Elevator / Construction / Building Materials / Real Estate / Industrial Equipment / Engineering Sales
Role & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for passenger elevators, home lifts, hospital lifts, goods lifts, and modernization projects
- Visit builders, architects, contractors, hospitals, hotels, commercial projects, industries, and residential developers for lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, PMC teams, and decision-makers
- Conduct site visits, project surveys, and requirement analysis for elevator sales opportunities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams for technical feasibility and smooth project execution
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures
- Manage sales pipeline, customer database, and CRM updates regularly
- Identify modernization, replacement, and AMC conversion opportunities
- Ensure timely collection follow-up and customer satisfaction post-sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track competitor activity and market pricing for strategic sales planning
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics / MBA (Sales preferred)
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, project sales, or elevator sales preferred
- Experience in elevator industry, building materials, construction equipment, HVAC, or engineering products is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle field visits and customer meetings independently
- Basic understanding of technical products and project-based selling
- Must own a two-wheeler for local market visits
- Valid driving license preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership and closure ability
