About the RolePaytm is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand its merchant network by promoting and selling Paytm QR Codes and Soundbox devices. The role involves direct interaction with shopkeepers, retailers, and business owners to onboard new merchants and drive digital payment adoption.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential merchants in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Paytm QR Codes and Soundbox devices to retail businesses.
• Conduct merchant onboarding and complete documentation processes.
• Explain product features, benefits, and digital payment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Ensure timely installation and activation of QR and Soundbox devices.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve merchant queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant activation.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Experience in Field Sales, BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, FMCG, or Merchant Acquisition is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with fieldwork.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
