General Manager Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced, smart, and dynamic professional to lead our business operations, licensing, project execution, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple business functions, driving organizational growth, and building strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall business operations and administrative functions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, projects, and strategic partnerships.

• Handle licensing, statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and liaison with government departments.

• Plan, monitor, and execute projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational growth.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and business presentations.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance.

• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and team productivity.

• Submit regular MIS reports and business updates to the management.

Candidate Profile

• Age between 35 and 50 years.

• 8–15 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, Licensing, Project Management, or Liaisoning.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Telecom, Construction, Industrial, or Government Projects will be preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Smart, intelligent, confident, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business reporting.

• Willing to travel for business meetings, licensing work, and project coordination.

Educational Qualification

• MBA (Marketing/Operations), BBA, BE/B.Tech, Diploma, or any Graduate with relevant industry experience.
