Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment.
  • Recruit Engineers, Project Managers, Accounts, HR, Mechanical, Store, Survey, Lab, Safety and Site Staff.
  • Coordinate interviews and salary negotiations.
  • Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Joining Documentation.
  • Maintain manpower database.

2. HR Operations

  • Employee onboarding and induction.
  • Employee file management.
  • HRMS maintenance.
  • Attendance monitoring.
  • Leave Management.
  • Confirmation & Probation process.
  • Employee transfers.
  • Exit formalities.
  • Full & Final Settlement.

3. Payroll & Compensation

  • Monthly attendance verification.
  • Payroll preparation with Finance.
  • Salary revisions.
  • Incentives.
  • Bonus.
  • Gratuity.
  • Leave Encashment.
  • CTC preparation.

4. Statutory Compliance

  • PF
  • ESIC
  • Labour Welfare Fund
  • BOCW Compliance
  • Contract Labour Act Compliance
