HR Intern

Polisure is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in hiring, employee coordination, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
• Call and shortlist candidates for telecalling and sales roles
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and update hiring trackers
• Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Eligibility:

• Graduate / pursuing graduation (HR or related field preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in HR and recruitment
