Logistic Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate the transportation of Blood samples

.Monitor shipments and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.

.Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery records

.Manage inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics data

.Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints

.Negotiate freight rates and logistics service agreements when required

.Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

Analyze logistics costs and recommend efficiency improvements

.Generate logistics reports and maintain operational records

.Required SkillsKnowledge of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

.Good communication and coordination abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or logistics software.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management

, Business Administration, or a related field.1–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations (depending on role level)

.Familiarity with inventory management and shipping documentation.
