Operation Executive

A back office executive drives a company's internal operations by managing administrative tasks, data management. We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can efficiently manage data and support daily office operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, data management, MIS reporting, and logical operations in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company data and records accurately.

• Prepare MIS reports and daily/weekly performance reports.

• Handle data management and data entry tasks efficiently.

• Use Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formulas, Logical Functions, and Data Analysis.

• Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with different departments.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data.

• Support operational and administrative activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and logical operations.

• Good understanding of MIS and data management.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
