About the Role
Bharat Agrolink is looking for an Operations Manager who can independently handle operational activities, vendor coordination, reporting, and execution.
We are looking for a dependable professional who can take responsibility, solve operational challenges, maintain strong follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
This role requires someone who can use technology, Advanced MS Excel, AI tools, and practical thinking to improve efficiency and get things done.
Key Responsibilities
• Vendor onboarding and coordination
• Vendor relationship management
• Order processing and execution monitoring
• Product listing and catalog management
• Inventory tracking and reporting
• Delivery and RTO monitoring
• Preparing operational reports and MIS
• Maintaining data accuracy across systems
• Process tracking and execution follow-up
• Cross-functional coordination with internal teams
• Identifying operational issues and ensuring timely resolution
Skills Required
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with vendor management and operations
• Comfortable using AI tools and business software
