Job Title: Sales Executive (Rooftop Solar)

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic, confident, and self-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about meeting people and generating business. The role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining the benefits of rooftop solar systems, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential residential and commercial customers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and personal networking.
• Explain the benefits, savings, and government subsidy available for rooftop solar.
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings and preliminary site visits.
• Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and quotations.
• Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass /Diploma/ Graduate (preferred).
• Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, insurance, telecom, banking, real estate, or solar industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales role. There is no fixed monthly salary.

Compensation will be entirely based on successful sales achieved by the Sales Executive.

इस काम में आपको नए ग्राहकों से मिलना, उन्हें सोलर सिस्टम की जानकारी देना, उनकी जरूरत समझना और उन्हें सोलर लगवाने के लिए मार्गदर्शन करना होगा।

आपकी जिम्मेदारियाँ

• नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना।
• घरों, दुकानों और संस्थानों में जाकर सोलर की जानकारी देना।
• बिजली बिल में होने वाली बचत और सरकारी सब्सिडी के बारे में समझाना।
• इच्छुक ग्राहकों की जानकारी लेकर कंपनी की टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
• ग्राहकों से समय-समय पर संपर्क बनाए रखना।
• हर महीने तय किए गए बिक्री लक्ष्य पूरे करना।
• योग्यताकम से कम 12वीं पास (स्नातक को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।
• यदि आपको सेल्स का अनुभव है तो अच्छा है, लेकिन यह आवश्यक नहीं है।
• लोगों से अच्छी तरह बात करने का आत्मविश्वास होना चाहिए।
• मेहनती, ईमानदार और लक्ष्य हासिल करने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए।
• अपना दोपहिया वाहन और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना आवश्यक है।

आय (कमाई)

यह पूरी तरह प्रदर्शन (Performance) पर आधारित सेल्स जॉब है।

• इसमें कोई निश्चित मासिक वेतन नहीं है।
• आपकी कमाई आपकी सफल बिक्री के आधार पर होगी।
• हर सफल सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन पर आकर्षक कमीशन मिलेगा।
• जितनी ज्यादा बिक्री करेंगे, उतनी ज्यादा कमाई होगी।
• कमाई की कोई अधिकतम सीमा नहीं है।
