Pilot Sales Representative – Milk Sales

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be on the ground every morning — mapping tea vendors, chai shops, tea chains, and HORECA accounts across your designated area. Your job is to open new outlets, keep existing ones active, and grow our share within each account. This is a numbers-driven role that demands exceptional discipline, persistence, and the grit to show up every single day and make things happen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Map and build a robust outlet database of tea vendors, chai stalls, tea chains, and HORECA accounts in your territory
2. Open new outlets consistently every week — prospecting, pitching, and onboarding from scratch
3. Drive secondary sales numbers by ensuring active ordering from every mapped outlet
4. Identify and grow share of milk sales within each outlet by reducing competition usage
5. Monitor outlet activity and immediately act on dormant or slipping accounts
6. Maintain daily call reports, route plans, and outlet data with full accuracy
7. Gather market intelligence — pricing, competitor moves, demand patterns

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. Young, ambitious individuals with a fire to achieve targets — fresher or up to 2 years of field sales experience welcome
2. Comfortable starting early and being on the move — this is a physically active morning role
3. Exceptional discipline and time management — routes must be planned and executed daily without fail
4. Strong local network or knowledge of Bhopal / Indore market is a plus
5. Self-starter who does not need hand-holding — you own your numbers
6. Basic smartphone literacy for reporting and route tracking
7. Own two-wheeler (mandatory) + valid driving licence
