Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Field Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the beverages segment. The role involves managing distributor networks, expanding market reach, and ensuring strong retail presence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand distributor and dealer network in the assigned region
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets, supermarkets, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of field sales executives
- Plan and execute market activation activities, promotions, and sampling campaigns
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy distributor ROI
- Prepare and share regular sales reports and forecasts
