Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused In-Store Sales Manager to manage the sales of perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products at our retail store.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining product features, recommending suitable products, achieving store sales targets, maintaining product displays, and providing an excellent shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their perfume, cosmetic, and beauty-product requirements.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and budget.
• Explain product features, fragrances, ingredients, usage, benefits, and available offers.
• Demonstrate perfumes and cosmetic products professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.
• Encourage repeat purchases and build good customer relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints politely.
• Maintain proper product displays, testers, shelves, and promotional materials.
• Monitor stock availability and inform management about low-stock or fast-moving items.
• Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product hygiene, and professional presentation standards.
• Prepare basic daily sales and customer enquiry reports.
• Support and guide other store sales staff, where applicable.
• Ensure that no customer leaves unattended during working hours.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Previous experience in retail sales, perfumes, cosmetics, beauty products, fashion, or luxury products will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of Hindi and the local language will be an advantage.
• Good communication, customer-handling, and convincing skills.
• Pleasant personality with professional grooming and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS machines, and inventory handling will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable standing and assisting customers during store hours.
• Should be disciplined, punctual, honest, and target-oriented.

• Working ConditionsThis is a completely store-based position.
• No outdoor sales, field visits, or travelling work is required.
• Weekly holiday and working hours will be as per the store schedule.
• The candidate may be required to work during weekends, festivals, and peak retail periods.
