Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping: Record day-to-day transactions in Tally with proper ledgers and vouchersAccounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor bills, customer invoices, payment follow-ups, and maintain aging reportsBanking: Prepare cheques/NEFT/RTGS, daily bank reconciliation, and cash book maintenanceGST & TDS: Prepare data for monthly GST filing, TDS calculations, and challan paymentsInventory: Update purchase/sales entries, stock register, and coordinate with stores for GRN/issue slipsExpense Management: Verify and book employee expenses, petty cash, and utility billsDocumentation: Maintain proper filing of invoices, contracts, and statutory documents for auditReporting: Assist in preparing MIS reports, P&L extracts, and debtor/creditor statementsCompliance Support: Help senior team during audits, ITR, and other statutory filings
