📍 Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store & Purchase Executive to manage procurement, inventory control, and store operations for our café. The candidate will ensure timely purchase of quality ingredients and supplies while maintaining proper stock levels and minimizing wastage.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Purchase ManagementSource and purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and café supplies
• Identify and negotiate with vendors for best price, quality, and delivery terms
• Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

🏬 Store & Inventory

• ManagementReceive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out)
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Organize and manage storage area efficiently
• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies

📊 Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly stock and purchase reports
• Coordinate with kitchen and café operations team for requirements
• Ensure minimum wastage and proper stock rotation (FIFO method)
• Maintain purchase invoices, bills, and documentation

• Basic knowledge of inventory and purchase processes
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing/software systems)
