Operations supervisor

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain strict discipline and ensure efficient work from warehouse and delivery staff.

● Supervise receiving of goods and verify quantities against bills.

● Coordinate with the order team for dispatch planning and timely delivery.

● Assign delivery staff, monitor movement, and ensure dispatch accuracy.

● Check invoices, quality, and packing before dispatch.

● Maintain systematic stock and dispatch records in Excel.

● Track incoming goods from manufacturers and ensure timely unloading and placement.

● Prepare and share daily operational reports with management.

Requirements

● 3–6 years of experience in operations, dispatch, or warehouse management.

● Strong leadership and people-handling skills (especially blue-collar management).

● Excellent discipline, accountability, and time management.

● Proficient in Excel and documentation.

● Ability to coordinate between departments and ensure smooth workflow.
